The hotel is in a great location with surrounding restaurants. The rooms are relatively spacious and new, although the servicing was not ideal on our second day, and we faced temperature issues. The staff's service varied from extremely rude to very friendly, especially Mr Mustafa at reception. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes, and the location was convenient with nearby attractions, although slightly far from the city center.

The hotel was amazing for our group of 15 persons as there were many restaurants and shops right next to the hotel, and some rooms had a restaurant with a view available.

The service provided by Seyfi, Mustafa, Erdal, and Cem was exceptional. Especially Mostafa at the reception was very helpful and friendly, and the overall hotel staff showed great care towards the guests.

The hotel's location in the Sutluce area of Istanbul was beautiful, with easy access to taxis and buses right at the doorstep, providing convenient transportation around the city. However, it was far from the main tourist attractions and restaurants in the city.
